	I had scoliosis as a child, but wasn't diagnosed until I was in my 20's. I also sprained my back during that time. As I got older, my back and right hip began giving me more and more problems. I could not stand for more than a couple of minutes without having back spasms and needing to sit down. I would take a minimum of 800mgs ibuprofen a day. My eye doctor is right next door to the CraZCoil store, so I went in to see how the shoes felt. I was amazed! I walked around on the hard floors for about 5 minutes and my back did not hurt at all. I believe the long term benefits will be walking properly and being able to do so for increasing lengths of time. Roxanne Weekley Suplhur, Louisiana	January 24, 2006 I first learned of Z-Coil pain relief footwear at a Physical Therapy Conference 2004. I was immediately intrigued by the fit and feel of the shoes as I tested them on carpet and concrete. I could not feel the difference in the surfaces. Since I was in the exhibit hall at the conference I started testing the shoes on all sorts of exercise equipment (including a ski machine). I must admit I had some doubts the “coil” would be stable on running surfaces. I spent two hours walking around and getting off and on exercise equipment. I was amazed at the stability and comfort of the shoe. Later that day, I was pleased to find I did not experience the back and leg fatigue that I normally would experience walking in an exhibit hall for hours. I have now enjoyed my original pair of Z-Coil shoes for over a year. I even purchased a second pair, sandals. I am equally thrilled by them as well. Both styles of shoes are comfortable for long walks outdoors. They are comfortable for “all day” wear indoors on tile and concrete surfaces. 	I just returned from a 2-week vacation to Ireland and Scotland....I have hip problems, and I just had 5 injections into my hip to lubricate it. Two years ago we traveled to Prague and Hungary and I was on anti-inflammatory drugs the entire time, and suffered each day. This summer I met two folks at two different places wearing the Z-CoiLs. They both said they had been very beneficial. I just bought the Z-CoiLs and had my orthopedics completed (my left leg is one inch shorter than the right, from precious surgery). I started wearing the Z-CoiLs the day before our vacation. I purchased them in Houston at the Beechnut location and got amazing service and adjustments. That was what I thought when I first saw a man wearing Z-COIL shoes in a local store at the Strand in Galveston. Like most people I was intrigued by the different looking footwear and asked the man about them. He told me how they were the only shoes he could wear due to back pain. Little did I know that I would be soon scouring the internet searching for the shoes. My name is Marcia Lewetzki and about a year and a half ago I started having back pain, which got increasingly worse. After going to my chiropractor, family physician, an orthopedic surgeon, and a neurosurgeon, an MRI revealed that I had three bulging/herniated discs, one of which was pinching my sciatic nerve. Muscle relaxers, and narcotic pain killers dulled the pain, but I was a walking zombie. I had two sets of nerve root injections, which helped with about 75% of the pain, but being a teacher on my feet all day aggravated the pain and by the end of the day I could barely walk. The minute I put on the shoes I could feel a difference! I have been wearing only Z-COILS for a little over a year now. I have four pairs. 	I am a retail pharmacist, and have been standing on my feet for 30-odd years. Needless to say, this has led to mulitiple foot problems, and several surgeries for these various problems. After my fifth foot surgery last spring, a friend told me about Z-Coil shoes, and sent me to the CrazZCoil Footwear Web Site. At that time I was seriously considering retirement due to all the foot pain I had endured. 	After 29 years working as a nurse I have tried every shoe available in the market hoping to find a comfortable alternative to wear on my long days at work. 	I have suffered with foot problems due to plantar fascitis for 19 years.
